Q: What's the warrantty of this roof top tent?

A: Our roof tent fabric warrantty is 12 months, The mounting parts and accessories of the roof tent warrantty is 24 months. We will help you to repair the roof tent if there is any problems. Please contact me if any more questions.

Q: How do you ship to me?

A: Usually ，We will recommend you to go by sea, the price is cheap and stable. Of course, by sea, we recommend that you have the ability to clear customs. The best thing is that you have a freight forwarding company you have worked with or are familiar with in China. There are also 2 ways to ship by sea, one is to send to the nearest port to you, and you can clear the goods yourself, and the other is to go directly to your home without customs clearance (the price is high). Of course, we can also use UPS, DHL express, but this kind of price is very high and probably needs several thousand dollars.
